Mitul Patel

Mitul Patel is the director, enterprise architecture and engineering in the IT department. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining Mellon’s IT reference architecture and roadmap.

Previously, Mitul was a director of enterprise architecture at Macmillan Learning, where he was a key contributor in the areas of digital product development, cloud architecture, process innovation, and content management strategy. His professional experiences include all aspects of IT application design and IT architecture at global companies in the marketing, e-commerce, corporate social responsibility, and higher education sectors.

He holds a BS in computer science from Florida Atlantic University and an MS in computer science from Florida International University. Mitul also holds TOGAF 9 certification from the Open Group and is an Amazon Certified Solutions Architect.
