Shreedevi Dam

Shreedevi Dam is the applications manager in the information technology department, responsible for assisting in management of the various enterprise applications and providing support to end users.

Before joining Mellon, Shree worked at Pearson Education, where she spent more than fourteen years and held a number of IT roles including e-commerce operations management, responsible for ensuring stability of critical applications and for various process improvements.

She holds a BE in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani, and also has certifications in Salesforce administration and ITIL V4.
