Charles Aikhoje

Charles Aikhoje is the manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations, responsible for the Foundation’s audio-visual implementation and infrastructure, as well as user support and service delivery.

Most recently, Charles joined BBC Studios in a dual role as an IT Analyst providing executive day to day support for the North and South American regions, and lead for the audio-visual infrastructure. He was instrumental in several large-scale IT projects and developed process improvements that fostered better communication, engagement, and user support relationships. Prior, he provided remote and deskside IT support as a help desk analyst at the New York Racing Association. He was subsequently promoted to the role of desktop engineer, where he became responsible for workstation standardization.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in computer information systems with a concentration in network administration from the State University of New York at Cobleskill.
