Kerrian Arthur

Legal and HR Administrator

As the newly appointed legal and HR administrator, Kerrian Arthur brings over a decade of extensive experience in various support roles. Leveraging a robust background in HR operations, Kerrian excels in managing complex administrative functions and fostering a productive work environment.

Prior to joining Mellon, Kerrian was most recently a program manager for JP Morgan Chase’s Development Programs Governance team where she led initiatives to provide additional resources and enhanced training to the firm’s top diverse talent. Previously, Kerrian organized training events and onboarding for new professionals in JP Morgan Chase’s Early Careers Program as a program coordinator. Prior to working with the Early Careers team, Kerrian provided high level support to two HR Managing Directors as an executive assistant, acting as a liaison between HR and other Senior Executives.

Kerrian holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from John Jay College and a project management certificate from Cornell University.
