Rocco Praderio is a senior program assistant for Arts and Culture.

Prior to joining Mellon, Rocco worked for Actors’ Equity Association specializing in contract management for nonprofit and commercial theatre productions under the union’s collective bargaining agreements. He also has experience in casting, literary management, and technical production from previous positions at the Walnut Street Theatre, New York Stage and Film, and the Hanover Theatre Conservatory for the Performing Arts. At Mellon, Rocco also works with visual arts grantees including museums, conservation labs, community-based arts organizations, and independent curatorial projects.

He holds a BA in theatre studies and writing from Ithaca College and is currently pursuing an MS in urban policy from the City University of New York, Hunter College.
