Perrin Wicks serves as director of talent management. In that role, she is charged with expanding Mellon’s capacity for human resources planning, in concert with organizational structure and growth and in support of talent recruitment and development.

Before Mellon, Perrin led talent management at Children’s Aid, where she directed initiatives connecting employees to organizational culture, deepened consistent and equitable hiring practices, and served as a member of Children’s Aid’s inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advisory council. Previously, Perrin worked for the ASPCA, creating environments where every employee had meaningful opportunities to learn and grow. She also served as director of partnerships and then chief of staff at The Urban Assembly, a network of twenty-one New York City public schools.

She holds a BA in art history from Yale University and an MPA in public and nonprofit management from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
