Racquel Maye

Racquel Maye serves as the director of HR operations at Mellon. In this role, she drives the Foundation’s people strategy by overseeing all aspects of people operations and spearheading the design and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy. Racquel’s expertise lies in change management, employee engagement, communication, and organizational development.

Racquel previously held the position of director of HR shared services at Kering, a global luxury fashion group. Her extensive experience spans over two decades, working with esteemed consulting firms including Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. As a seasoned consultant, she successfully orchestrated complex cross-functional transformation initiatives, elevating organizational culture for diverse clients across various industries.

Racquel holds a BSc with first class honors in actuarial science from the University of West Indies. Additionally, she is an Enrolled Actuary (EA), a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
