Working to Increase Diversity among Art Museum Staff

In July 2015, The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation released a report on diversity among art museum staff.  Houston Public Media aired a radio segment describing the study as well as efforts underway to diversify museum staff.  Foundation Vice President Mariët Westermann is interviewed for this story, as is Rice University undergraduate Jennifer Cernada, a participant in the Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowship program at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
