Dallas Opera Launches Institute for Women Conductors

At the end of November, the Dallas Opera welcomed its first cohort of participants in the company's Institute for Women Conductors.  This program, which receives support from the Mellon Foundation, was developed to expand the pool of talented candidates poised for leadership roles in opera companies.
