College Art Association Releases Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for the Visual Arts

The Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for the Visual Arts is the final publication of a grant-funded project started by the College Art Association in 2012.  Patricia Aufderheide and Peter Jaszi, professors of communication studies and law, respectively, at American University, led the project, and it was guided by CAA's Task Force on Fair Use.  The Samuel H.
