Brittany Brock

Brittany Brock is the briefing and logistics coordinator in the Office of the President, providing support for executive programming.

Prior to Mellon, she worked with the Oral History Project at the Vietnam Center and Archive at Texas Tech University. Additionally, she conducted independent research in Buenos Aires, Argentina, exploring the historical dialogue on race and Blackness from colonial to contemporary times. Currently, Brittany is the Director of Research and Oral Historian for the independent documentary film "In These Hands," examining the history and impact of Black birth work in the US.

She holds a BS from Texas Tech University, and MA from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech Health Science Center as a concurrent student in Public Health and History. Presently, she is pursuing an MA in Africana Studies/Latin American and Caribbean Studies at The Graduate Center, CUNY.
