Elizabeth Alexander Honored at New York Public Library's 2019 Lions Gala

Each year, The New York Public Library honors several distinguished individuals for outstanding achievements in their respective fields of arts, culture, letters and scholarship by naming them Library Lions. Mellon Foundation President Elizabeth Alexander was among the 2019 Library Lions.
