Matthew Thompson joined the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation in April 2017 as the senior IT service engineer in the information technology department. Mr. Thompson is responsible for IT service delivery and support. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Thompson previously worked at Ralph Lauren Corporation, where he spent over 15 years working in a number of IT support management roles, including Director, Client Services.
Mr. Thompson received a BA in English from the University at Albany, and earned a certificate in project management from NYU School of Professional Studies. He is also a PMP and holds an ITIL v3 certification.
