Jessica Sederquist serves as executive assistant and project coordinator in the office of Executive Vice President Mariët Westermann. Ms. Sederquist graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA summa cum laude in international relations and gender studies. She spent her senior year studying at the University of Ghana in Accra. Ms. Sederquist has more than nine years of experience with nonprofit work, focusing on gender and development with organizations such as Human Rights Watch and Women's Earth Alliance. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2014, she served as program manager at the New York African Film Festival and as production coordinator for CreativeChaos, a documentary and television production company in New York. She is currently pursuing an MPA at New York University with a focus on international policy and management.
